Management information
Investing in foot analysis and shoe advice systems is one thing, but getting to an intensive usage from the systems by your floor staff is another thing. For this purpose we offer to connect your systems with LFT's online management information system. This is a web based software application to analyse the usage from the usage from the shoe advice systems in the stores.The management information system generates the following information:
- conversion rates from shoe and insole sales
- average time spend per customer
- intensity of usage
- store ranking
- E- learning results
- foot-related problems stated by the customers
The results can be shown per employee, per store, the complete chain, on region and country level. At the moment we are working on a print module for the management reports.
